Kia ora, I’m Lydia Edwards, Director and Founder of Eddy Psychology of Eddy Group Ltd. Eddy Psychology is dedicated to our coaching clients in professional and high performance contexts, as well as those we support through employee assistance programmes.

Eddy Psychology offers one-on-one and group coaching, consulting, and training, with experienced registered psychologists. We offer in-person and virtual services in the Bay of Plenty and throughout NZ. We work with leaders, athletes and other professionals to support capability development, enhance performance, and support wellbeing.
